Serving the town

Swindon Night Shelter is a Christian charity serving the homeless and vulnerable in the Swindon area. They support more than 2,000 people and provide personal care and mentoring for about 30. They run a night shelter where homeless people receive a hot meal, fresh clean clothes, a chance to shower and wash clothes, a bed for the night and food to take away.

To support this work they run ‘The Hub’ and ‘The Gate’, which are coffee shops and more, providing another opportunity to share God’s love and care in the community.

We are privileged to be involved in this work, through financial support and having had several members of Swindon Community Church volunteering and working for Night Shelter.
